This is a real treasure. Excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Lovely food at a very reasonable price, which is such a rarity these days. I will definitely make it my regular spot in Tralee from now on.

Friendly staff
There's always a que , but no worries your food is in your mouth in no time😉
It's become our Sunday lunch place after church. Their soup is always lovely. My favourite is the mushroom soup. It's sad to read some negative reviews about this place, we haven't experienced any such or seen things like that. I do hope they go through peoples reviews on them to sort out the reasons some aren't happy with them. For me ...I like the food,😀
Today around 4 PM, my friend and I went to this café to look at the cakes. We are not from Ireland and our English is not that good, so I asked about one cake. An older woman with dark hair answered in a rude way and made us feel very uncomfortable.
The service was not friendly and we did not feel welcome, so we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Very disappointing experience. It was the first time this happened to us here, because usually there is a young man working there who is always very kind and friendly.
